.........Now I remember.
I wasn't emotionally able to figure out who this enemy was before being instantly killed but,
This was a battle of rules.
This person, was the one person in this world that would return to the correct reality.

"I didn't get the chance to say goodbye."
Once she heard him, the spearman was right before her.
Little too far. If she tried as best as could to reach out to him with her hands, she'd probably just be barely not be able to reach him.

"....You forgot something. I'm returning this."

The spear was pulled out.
Something hard fell to the pavement with a clank.
Losing her support, the magus' body collapsed.

She lay in a pool of her own blood.
The magus, with her dying eyes,

"..., a"

found a metal earring rolling on the ground.
There were memories to it.
There were memories to it, so she somehow stretched her arm out and gripped it.
She lost half of her remaining lifespan by doing so, but she was happier this way, being able to feel the stone material.

"This is, I know wh- this, beca-"

She reached into her pocket while still sprawled on the ground.
But, her arm wouldn't move anymore so she couldn't take out her charm.

"A....please wait. I, I, have, the same, thi-ng"

Not even she knew what she was trying to say.
But, she was so sad, so sad that she couldn't show what was inside her pocket that she couldn't understand what was going on.

The spearman walked away.
The magus happily repeated herself while looking at him with teary eyes.

"Wa, it....I, have...have it....have.....have......have i-----"

That voice stopped in around 10 seconds.
A total of one minute for the entire battle.
The prediction of the spearman was painfully accurate.
